Villa Versace Residence - Patong

Our stay at this luxury residence was absolutely mind-blowing! The owner personally contacted us before our arrival and provided exceptional hospitality throughout our stay. The room was immaculate, with soft beds, high-quality linens, and no trace of smoke smell. We were mesmerized by the breathtaking view from the balcony, which alone made it worth the price of a hotel room. The decor was posh and glamorous, with golden accents and neo-classic Versace style. The room had all the necessary amenities, including a microwave, cutlery, and even a fruit shaker. Although there was no traditional reception, the professional and friendly manager was just a phone call away to assist with any needs. The location was perfect, close to Patong's main attractions but tucked away in a quiet and private spot. We highly recommend trying the in-house bar and restaurant for delicious food and stunning views. The staff were also very helpful, sorting out any issues promptly. our experience at this residence was beyond amazing, and we can't wait to return!

Moreover, it has central location next to the beach and a hill. And it is near restaurants. Amiable and great people, nothing too much trouble. They have included central heating, a personal safe and multi-channel television.

I always stay at this amazing place. The staff is helpful and attentive, they even brought me a hot drink when I was cold. It has everything I need like free Wi-Fi, air conditioning, and an outdoor pool. Can't wait to come back for my next trip!

My family and I had a wonderful time at Villa Versace Residence. We stayed for a week and enjoyed the clean and modern apartment that had everything we needed. The staff was helpful and friendly, always available whenever we needed assistance. The view from our balcony was absolutely breathtaking, and we loved that our dog was welcome to stay with us. it was a fantastic experience in a unique and homey hotel.

The staff was super friendly and always willing to help with any issues. The location was perfect, close to all the main attractions and a short walk to the beach. The view from our room was absolutely breathtaking, we loved waking up to it every morning. The facilities were great, especially the kitchen and washing machine, which made our stay even more comfortable.

There were a few maintenance issues, like loose water taps and dead light bulbs, that could have been better attended to. The cleanliness of the outdoor terrace was not up to par, and the staff didn't come for cleaning as often as we would have liked.

We were really surprised by our stay at Villa Versace Residence. The staff were really nice too assist us when we got lost and locked ourselves out of our room. The location was perfect, just a short walk from the beach without being too deep into the hustle and bustle of Patong. The room itself was spacious and could comfortably sleep three people. The view from the balcony was amazing, definitely worth the price. The beds were soft and the bed sheets and towels were clean and of high quality. we had a great time and would definitely recommend this hotel for its really good service and beautiful views.

Stayed at a "luxury" villa, but had to carry my own luggage up stairs and deal with worn-out furniture. The staff were nice though!

No desk staff, broken lift, dirty toilet walls, water pressure issues. A bit far from the action, but the view was nice.
